Acid Wash
No Responsibility will be taken if painted metal surfaces come into contact with ACID when cleaning brickwork. Please advise acid wash contractors to wash off and rinse with clean water all Fascia, Gutter, Downpipes, Windows and Steel Doors.
Flashing & Capping
Zinc Aluminiun Coated steel or soft Aluminium sheet may be used.
Lead & Copper Do not use lead or copper with Zinc Aluminium Coated Steel. Existing lead may be painted with a high gloss paint.
