Ace Gutters offers a comprehensive delivery service of rainwater goods and plumbing supplies to the Sydney Metropolitan Area, Newcastle, South Coast, Canberra, and Melbourne Metropolitan area.
SYDNEY DELIVERY
Ace Gutters delivers DAILY to the Sydney Metropolitan area for Rainwater Goods (Gutter max length 12.0 metres) and Plumbing Supplies.
Non Account customers — All orders received by 4.15pm on any weekday (stocked items) will be delivered the next day.
All orders received by 5am on any weekday (for stocked items) can be delivered same day if requested. (Account Customers only).
There are set delivery days for suburbs located on the outskirts of the Sydney metropolitan area — these suburbs are listed below:

NEWCASTLE DELIVERY
Ace Gutters offers a set delivery day service into the Newcastle/Central Coast area for Rainwater Goods and Plumbing Supplies.
The maximum length delivered into the Newcastle/Central Coast and surrounding areas is 12 metres.
All fax and phone orders MUST be received by 3pm on the day before delivery.

GOULBURN/CANBERRA DELIVERY
Deliveries to the Goulburn/Canberra area are now DAILY.
Deliveries to Yass are on Tuesday and to Bungendore and Royalla on Thursday.
For deliveries on these days your order must be received by 3pm the previous working day.
Custom cuts must be received by 10am the day before delivery.
The maximum length delivered for South Coast and Canberra is 12 metres.
MELBOURNE DELIVERY
Ace Gutters offers a DAILY delivery service into the Melbourne metropolitan area for Rainwater Goods.
Non Account Customers — All orders received by 4pm on any weekday (stocked items) will be delivered the next day.
All orders received by 5am on any weekday (stocked items) can be delivered same day if requested. (Account Customers only).
DELIVERY FEES & CHARGES
- All delivered invoices incur a delivery fee per order of $10.00 plus GST. Returned Goods collected by Ace Gutters incur a $100 plus GST pick up fee and orders must have a minimum product value of $100 ex GST.
- Orders under the value of $150 exc GST and other charges incur an additional $25.00 plus GST minimum delivery fee.
- If special packaging is required a fee of $1.00 per metre is charged — minimum charge $10.00 maximum charge $100.00
- Minimum payment by credit card (Mastercard & Visa) is $10.00. We do not accept cheques.
- In NSW any approved delivery outside delivery borders incurs a $100.00 delivery fee.
- In VICTORIA any deliveries outside the metropolitan area will incur a fee at the manager’s discretion and the delivery itself will not necessarily be next day delivery but at the manager’s discretion.
Please note GST is applicable on all delivery fees.
