Ace Gutters offers a comprehensive delivery service of rainwater goods and plumbing supplies to the Sydney Metropolitan Area, Newcastle, South Coast, Canberra, and Melbourne Metropolitan area.
 

SYDNEY DELIVERY
Ace Gutters delivers DAILY to the Sydney Metropolitan area for Rainwater Goods (Gutter max length 12.0 metres) and Plumbing Supplies. Non Account customers -All orders received by 4.15pm on any weekday (stocked items) will be delivered the next day. All orders received by 5am on any weekday (for stocked items) can be delivered same day if requested. (Account Customers only). There are set delivery days for suburbs located on the outskirts of the Sydney metropolitan area — these suburbs are listed below:

NOWRA & SOUTH COAST DELIVERY
Ace Gutters delivers DAILY to the Local Nowra area and has set delivery day for surrounding areas.Deliveries to areas South of Nowra are on Tuesday and Thursday. Deliveries to areas North of Nowra to Bulli are on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Please confirm the delivery date required with our sales staff when placing your order. Lengths over 9 metres will be delivered through our suppliers for roofing and guttering and will be subject to other delivery fees. Please ask for a price from our sales staff at time of order. Order in Products may be delivered direct from supplier using their transport and are subject to additional fees.

NEWCASTLE DELIVERY
Ace Gutters offers a set delivery day service into the Newcastle/Central Coast area for Rainwater Goods and Plumbing Supplies.The maximum length delivered into the Newcastle/Central Coast and surrounding areas is 12 metres. All fax and phone orders MUST be received by 3pm on the day before delivery. There are set delivery days listed below:

GOULBURN/CANBERRA DELIVERY
Deliveries to the Goulburn/Canberra area are now DAILY. Deliveries to Yass are on Tuesday and to Bungendore and Royalla on Thursday. For deliveries on these days your order must be received by 3pm the previous working day. Custom cuts must be received by 10am the day before delivery. The maximum length delivered for South Coast and Canberra is 12 metres.

MELBOURNE DELIVERY
Ace Gutters offers a DAILY delivery service into the Melbourne metropolitan area for Rainwater Goods.Non Account Customers — All orders received by 4pm on any weekday (stocked items) will be delivered the next day. All orders received by 5am on any weekday (stocked items) can be delivered same day if requested. (Account Customers only).

NSW & ACT

  • All delivered rainwater  invoices incur a delivery fee of $25.00 plus GST
  • All delivered plumbing invoices incur a delivery fee per order of $15.00 plus GST
  • Flashing deliveries incur a $45.00 plus gst delivery fee
  • Roofing deliveries incur a $145.00 plus gst delivery fee (ACT $135.00 plus gst)
  • Credit Returns incur a 30% Restocking Fee
  • Returned Goods collected by Ace Gutters incur a $110 plus GST pick up fee and orders must have a minimum product value of $100 ex GST.
  • If special packaging is required a fee of $1.00 per metre is charged — minimum charge $10.00 maximum charge $100.00
  • Minimum payment by credit card (Mastercard & Visa) is $10.00. We do not accept cheques.
  • In NSW any approved delivery outside delivery borders incurs a $110.00 delivery fee.
  • Ex NOWRA...
  • Set time roofing deliveries from Nowra will incur a $185.00 delivery fee
  • Out-of-area roofing deliveries will incur a further $65.00 per hour additional return charge. The furthest southern town to be serviced will be Kioloa

 VICTORIA

  • All delivered rainwater  invoices incur a delivery fee of $15.00 plus GST
  • All delivered plumbing invoices incur a delivery fee per order of $15.00 plus GST
  • All delivered roofing and flashing orders are $85.00 plus GST for roofing orders over 100m. If combined with a gutter order from our profiles rolled on site the fee will remain $85.00 plus GST.
  • Roof Orders under 100m will iuncur a $145 delivery fee. Flshing only Orders will incur a $45.00 fee.
  • Orders under the value of $150.00 exc GST and other charges incur an additional $25.00 plus GST minimum delivery fee.

PREMIUM ACCESSORIES
  To compliment the premium product range Ace Gutters have produced a range of Premium Accessories. These accessories are made from zinc diecast which are conversion coated with chromate, chemically cleaned and then primed using Interpon MetaPrep™ Gold, a powder coating treatment designed as a barrier primer and surfacer for chemical and salt spray resistance. Powdered paint is applied as a top coat which is then oven baked onto the product resulting in a quality finish that ensures maximum durability in severe coastal and industrial environments.
