- A detailed drawing with dimensions, angles, lengths and quantities
- The colour and the side the colour should be on

PRODUCT PERFORMANCE
Ace Gutters Pty Ltd warrants that Ace Flashing manufactured from genuine DURAKOTE® pre-painted steel will have a life prior to perforation by natural weathering of up to 30 years from the date of installation.
Ace Gutters Pty Ltd also warrants that the DURAKOTE® exterior paint system will not flake or peel for a period of 20 years from the date of installation.
